Secured Loan Note Applications

Meldex clarifies how Qualifying Shareholders can apply for the Secured Loan Note ("SLN") offer, and how the application procedure operates for shares held with brokers in nominee accounts.
 
All Qualifying Shareholders are entitled to receive a copy of the 50 page SLN Issue Document and the 4 page Application Form so that they can make an informed decision as to whether to apply for the SLN offer.
 
The Company has become aware that certain brokers have decided not to pass all of this information onto their Meldex Shareholders.

Any Qualifying Shareholder who has not received a copy of the SLN documentation should contact the Company by calling 01223 394250 or by sending an email to BJM@meldexinternational.com 
 
Meldex confirms that Qualifying Shareholders whose shares are held by brokers in nominee accounts may choose to apply for SLN Units directly and without going through their broker.
