Appointment of Consultant Project Manager

Meldex is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Bart Dalla Mura as Consultant Project Manager to lead commercialisation of its technologies to the food and drink industry. Mr Dalla Mura’s appointment follows a three month period during which he initiated and led a market research initiative for the Company, including presentation of products to focus groups.

Mr Dalla Mura has worked in the food and drink industry in the UK and Europe for almost 25 years. He started his career as a management trainee with Unilever in marketing, moving on to various senior marketing and sales roles for a number of companies including ABF, Dalgety and Nestle. More recently he was CEO of Bernard Matthews. He has worked across a diverse group of grocery categories including soft drinks, hot beverages, bakery and chilled foods. During his career he has successfully launched many new products.
